B. Dr incises 5mm on both upper blepharoplasties’ middle parts and adds 1mm for incision on both eye.
C. Dr divides eyehole’s diaphragm through 5mm partial incision, and take eyehole’s fat out.
D. Dr removes fats carefully by homeostasis’ perception and makes double eyelid.
This partial incision double eyelid surgery design double eyelid before the surgery, incises 2-3 mm, removes fats and after then is same as non-incision surgery. also, Dr incises 2 parts for 3mm, removes fats and muscle, and make double eyelid by suture as same as non-incision surgery.
Merits of partial-incision surgery are short surgery, less swelling and scar, fats and muscle removal. Also it is recommended for worker or people who are lack of time with thick eye. As for incise skin and correct sagged part and thick muscle, incision surgery is better.
