At first, implant on bridge of nose is deviated. It can correct by smoothing pocket or removing incline of bridge of nose. However, generally every people are deviated a little, so I advise you to do re-surgery only when deviation is too visible.
Then, nose is too high or too low. Height of beginning of nose (forehead to bridge of nose) should adjust to upper eyelid. If bridge of nose is too high, lower previous height of implant; if bridge of nose is too low, change to higher implant.
