[Hyundaimihak Medical Surgery][After Story] I become attractive after fat grafts.

Originally, I do not upload such after story or experience. But I really want to boost myself.

First, thank for Dr very much.

The surgical result came out as my expectation. I think this clinic is very good in fat grafts rather than other clinics.

Perhaps because Dr is very young, so I think he designed forehead or facial line very well as recent trend.

[Hyundaimihak Medical Surgery][After Story] my beautiful lateral facial line.

My nose was not low and not blunt, but was hooked very much as profile.

And as frontal view, nose deviated as “C-shaped”, so I decided to do surgery.

At the d-day, I was fine, but on the next day, my double eyelid was disappeared, and was hard to open the eye because of swelling and tapes.

I even felt embarrassed to go out without mask.

My swelling is very serious during the 3^rd day and 4^th day. From the 5^th, I returned to my original eye.

From the 7^th day, I still looked strange when I removed taping. And although there is no distinct change on frontal view, but surprisingly my profile had changed a lot, hooked nose disappeared.

Hello, I did surgery 3 months ago. I am not sure that you can remember me or not.

On the day when I went to consultation, I felt that I should do surgery in this clinic.

Also consultation was very easy to understand as I desired.

And head manager was so kind and pretty. ^^

Hello. ^^

At first, after I decided to do fat grafts, I had difficulty to choose clinic.

It is hard to find clinic where is good in fat grafts.

After a few months, finally I found the right and desired clinic.

I made hard decision to do surgery here.

By chance, I had 5 days off, so I did first fat graft few days ago.

Fat grafts on eyelid, nasolabial line, temple and cheek.

In the morning of D-day, I was okay… but when I wore operated gown and was going to do anesthesia, my heart was beating loudly, I was nervous. However, nurses around me cheered me up and made me relaxed. I was okay…^^

After the surgery, when I looked at mirror, I giggled myself. The face in the mirror is not me.

For the first three days, I got swelled very much, but little by little, the swelling went down, I even felt sad because the swelling went down.

Eye plastic surgery- cautions before double eyelid surgery.

1. If you had treated before or you are treating a disease, you must notice the surgeon before surgery, and take appropriate measures.

2. Patient should not eat aspirin, pill, and cold medicine for 2 weeks before surgery.

 These medicines may bring bleeding during surgery, and interpret homeostasis.

3. Patient should not take metal jewelry such as earring or necklace.

 Jewelry may be a cause of burn.

4. Patient should not eat any food for 4 hours before surgery. (Include water, juice, milk and fruits.)

5. Patient should not use eyelid tape for a week before surgery.

6. At the d-day of surgery, patient should visit clinic without makeup and lotion.

 - It is to prevent infection during eye plastic surgery.

7. Patient should visit clinic with comfortable clothes.

 Patient should prepare caps or sunglasses to shield face after surgery, and low and comfortable shoes.

8. It is uncomfortable to take contact lens after surgery, so patient should wear glasses at the d-day of surgery.

Eye plastic surgery- cautions after surgery

1. To go down swelling quickly, patient should apply ice pack for 4-5days after surgery.

Keeping surgical area cold contracts blood vessel on the eyelid and shelters small capillary’s bleeding and prevent swelling or bruise.

Patient should apply ice pack for 20 minutes and take rest for 10 minutes.

Tip: hot pack is effective for bruise; 5 days after surgery, patient should apply ice pack and hot pack alternately.

2. Patient should put one’ head higher than heart and it can prevent some swelling.

It is good to sit rather than lie down.

During sleep, high pillows are helpful to go down swelling quickly.

3. After surgery, water in surgical area may bring inflammation, so patient should wash one’s face by wet towel.

The d-day of removing stitches can wash face by water, and the day after removing stitches, patient can wash face by cleanser.

Patient is able to do shower for 2 days after surgery, during wash hair, patient should leaned back.

4. If it is needed, patient should disinfect twice a day (morning and evening) by cotton swab with peroxide.

5. Patient should avoid make up and lens for 2 weeks after surgery.

6. Patient should avoid alcohol and smoking for 1-2 months, and rubbing eyes for a month.

 - It will interpret healing wound.
