However, if it is deviated only a little, re-surgery is not necessary; only when implant is deviated visibly, re-surgery is needed.
*Nose is too low or too high
The most natural height of nose should adjust begin of nose (from forehead) according to upper eyelid. If bridge of nose is too high, lower previous implant, in the contrast, if bridge of nose is too low, replace to higher implant.
It is important to choose right and proper height of implant.
*Implant is moving
During rhinoplasty, if implant is inserted not just under periosteum, but under skin, implant may be moving.
For this case, one should do re-surgery which insert implant just under periosteum.
Instead of silicon, using Gore-tax or self organization has less movement.
*Implant is seeing through
If people have thin or white skin, or hypersensitive reaction, implant may be seeing through or red.
For this case, one should do re-surgery which remove previous implant, and replace to self organization.
*Inflammation after rhinoplasty
It is important to remove implant quickly, and do treatment for inflammation. If leave inflammation as it is, organization transforms firmly. So one should remove implant which brings inflammation, and do surgery after a few months for stable period.
During re-surgery, we recommend to use dermis fats or chest cartilage which is strong in inflammation.
