*V method (Long curved mandible contouring)*

Only when the location of the tip, the width and length of jaw are proper

This surgery adjusts the jaw line from the lower angle of jaw behind an ear to the tip of jaw as long curve, and the cortex osteotomy is conducted as well to make the tip of jaw smooth. When the length and location of the tip of a jaw are proper, this surgery can lead the satisfactory result.

*I method*

As for this surgery, the tip bone of jaw is removed in a shape of me and then each end of the tip bones of jaw come together from both sides to adjust the jaw line.

This method is proper for a patient with the proper length of the tip of jaw but a wide tip of jaw. The big and thick part of jaw bone can be significantly reduced for allowing for slimmer jaw.

*T method*

For this method, the tip bone of jaw is removed in a shape of T and each end of the tip bones of jaw come together from both sides and up and down to adjust the jaw line!

Since the bone is removed in a T shape, the length and width of the tip jaw can be adjusted as well as its frontal and rear location. Therefore, this surgery can be proper for a patient with too wide or long tip jaw or unmatched tip jaw location. It also can be effective with the thick soft tissues at the tip of jaw.
