Snub nose means angle between tip of nose and lip is too big, so as appearance nostrils are too visible. Surgical method is to lengthen tip cartilage downward to shorten angle between tip of nose and lip. In this time, it may needs to lengthen septal cartilage to make sure length of nose not shorten again, so one must consult with special surgeon.
Low nose mean good size and shape of nose alar, but low bridge of nose. For this type of nose, Dr incises inside nostril, makes space under periosteum of bone, and inserts implant or self cartilage which is design according to nose shape, and supple tip of nose by ear cartilage or artificial skin.
Aquiline nose means middle bridge of nose is bulged. This part is bone and cartilage bulged together, therefore Dr should remove this bulged bone, cut both sides and narrow the gap to correct size of nose. Or Dr also can insert implant to straighten the nose line.
Hooked nose/ long nose mean nose is long but tip of nose is dropping, angel between tip of nose and lip is small. Dr can correct these noses by shorten tip cartilage, or shorten septal wall if it is needed.
Deviated nose is because of deviated bone of nose innate, or bone of nose is deviated by injury. Deviated nose may do multiple surgeries according to its reason. There are correction of deviated bone, correction for deviated cartilage, correction for septal cartilage and correction for lower nasal concha, and people can do surgery carefully.
Blunt nose means overly wide nose alar, unbalanced nose, or ugly nostrils, Dr can reduce alar of nose.
Nose filler is petit plastic surgery.

Nose filler inserts liquid substances on nose by injection, and after 3-4days water is absorbed and can make desired shape. This desired shape maintains for 6 months generally, but it is different according to individual. If nose filler is inserted on undesired part or shape is not formed as desired, patient also can melt it to remove or after a period it will melt and disappear itself. This is the biggest merit for nose filler, and it is useful when one is afraid to lift nose by rhinoplasty or is not convenient to do rhinoplasty.
