Wide nose uses special machine to remove or reposition dermis and fat organization of tip, and make sharp and slim tip of nose. Round and snub tip of nose has wide cartilage on nose alar, covers by fats, so Dr can remove excessive fats by inside incision, and make tip of nose sharply by self cartilage.
Dr. uses implant such as silicon or gore-tax, when lifts bridge of nose, and uses ear cartilage or dermis, when lifts tip of nose.
There is no degree on rhinoplasty, but the key point is to interpret individual nose’s character include various cartilages, bones and soft tissue, and do proper surgery.
A week after rhinoplasty, patient does treatment, during 2nd-3rd patient removes taping on tip of nose, and infects sutures area and inside nose. On the 7th week, patient removes sutures inside nostril and splint on the bridge of nose. Nose looks higher because of swelling after surgery, but on the 2nd week, patient can check shape of nose is as desired or not.
