*removing stitches after 4-5days

*patient is able to wash their face the day after removing stitches. Patient should remove stitches soon to left few scars. Therefore, patient should wash one’s face with soft bubbles and should not rub around eyes, because the wound is not completely healed. Therefore, dark eye line should do a week after removing stitches.

*applying ice pack for 2 days after surgery is good for going down bruise and swelling. Patient should apply hot pack from 4^th day, and it stimulates blood circulation and removes bruise and swelling.

*patient should avoid alcohol, smoking, excessive exercise and sauna for a month.

*patient should notice ahead when one lefts many scars by nature.

*it is good to make cold on surgical area to go down swelling immediately after the surgery. To make double eyelid to settle down quickly, patient should practice opening eyes without lift upper eyebrows. And patient may feel stuffy about narrow view due to swelling immediately after the surgery, then if patient lift one’s upper eyelid to open eyes bigger, a new double eyelid will be formed.
